My Favorite Vacation

My favorite trip I've been on is to Costa Rica. Last year, I was a part of the Eco-Club at my middle school. In the club, we learned about eco-friendly ways to do things as well as fundraising for a trip to Costa Rica. We did fundraisers such as can drives and sending used electronics into a company that exchanges them for money. The reason we chose Costa Rica was because it is one of the most environmentally friendly places in the world and we wanted to learn about the many ways they help the planet. The trip was eight days long and was packed with so many different things to do. We drove all over the island in a bus (driving sometimes for hours). Some of the things we did were zip lining, swimming, white water rafting, hiking, an alligator tour, and many other things. One of the reasons I enjoyed this trip so much was because of all of the beautiful sights. We saw so many natural wonders like waterfalls and hot springs during the eight days we were there. We stayed in about five or six hotels each for a day or two. Another reason I enjoyed his trip so much was because I had my friends to enjoy it with.They made the experience even better.
